The imaged plate may or not be considered reject. Inspect the plate closely for any image artifacts. Dents in the plate will cause this error to occur. Check for image artifacts around any dents in the plate. The position of the first focus error is reported in this error. The distance is measured from the edge detect side of the plate. Call service if this problem persists. This error is reported. This error can be caused by large dents in the plate or an improperly loaded plate. If the focus system is not setup correctly (ie. head not installed properly), false focus errors may be reported. Subscan location Subscan location on plate where focus error occurred.
